Meet Chef Vinny, a culinary artist with a profound passion for cooking. Raised in the Dominican Republic, his upbringing surrounded him with the joy and unity of good food. Despite starting a civil engineering career, his heart led him back to the kitchen. Vinny’s culinary journey took him from humble beginnings as a student of Culinary Arts to prestigious fine dining and Michelin Star establishments around New York City.
After a transformative experience in Houston, he found his culinary soulmate in Cowboys & Indians Tex-Indian Kitchen. Inspired by love and heritage, Chef Vinny creates unforgettable dishes that merge Texan and Indian flavors. Indulge in his culinary artistry and experience the joy of food at its finest.
