From the kitchens ran by Executive Chef Vinny & Imran's uncles Rahamat, Akbar, and Babar, we have crafted a unique dining experience where Texan comfort meets Indian spices.

Meet Chef Vinny, a culinary artist with a profound passion for cooking. Raised in the Dominican Republic, his upbringing surrounded him with the joy and unity of good food. Despite starting a civil engineering career, his heart led him back to the kitchen. Vinny’s culinary journey took him from humble beginnings as a student of Culinary Arts prestigious fine dining and Michelin Star establishments around New York City.
After a transformative experience in Houston, he found his culinary soulmate in Cowboys & Indians Tex-Indian Kitchen.Inspired by love and heritage, Chef Vinny creates unforgettable dishes that merge Texan and Indian flavors.
